It is mildly rear-fanged. Bites are uncommon and usually minor, but the risk is not zero.

What does it eat?

Mostly lizards, especially small geckos. Securing that supply year-round is the hardest part of keeping one.

Is it difficult?

Yes. Most are wild-caught and arrive stressed, and they need a tall planted enclosure with daily misting.

Can I handle it?

Hardly at all. It is extremely thin and easy to injure. Strictly a display snake.
