How big does it get?
Small, around 10 centimetres, with a big blocky head that gives it the helmeted name.
Can I handle it?
Brief handling is tolerated better than with most geckos because it moves slowly, but keep it short.
What does it eat?
Small insects, two or three feeds a week. Feeding costs are very low.
What do I need for it?
A dry setup with rock hides, a shallow sand or gravel base and a modest basking area.
